6. Payments & Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid plan:

• Fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle.

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Prices may change with notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

7. Integrations & Third-Party Tools

Voix integrates with external services (e.g., AI APIs, cloud platforms). When you use these integrations, their respective terms also apply.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee:

• Perfect performance

• Error-free operation

Maintenance and updates may affect availability.


9. Intellectual Property

All platform features, branding, software, and design elements belong to Voix. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

• Misuse AI agents

• Engage in harmful behavior

• Fail to pay for services

You may also close your account anytime.

Voix is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

• Lost profits

• Business interruptions

• Damages resulting from misuse

• Harm caused by AI outputs

To the maximum extent permitted by law.
